At Ale’s Pivot, Ale’s Pivot Magazine, we are a team of dedicated professionals with years of experience in the print and digital media . We started this business with a vision to provide our clients with high-quality print and digital media services that center BIPOC stories.
Ale’s Pivot bridges across continents and unifies the BIPOC community by firmly establishing its presence in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice in art, and fashion. It stands for justice and equity in its content and products while assuring that the staff, partners, and served communities respect our values.
Ale’s Pivot strives to create a space for BIPOC communities to relish in their lived experiences and distinct histories. We achieves this by producing media anchored in the perspectives of BIPOC communities and by providing a legitimate avenue, for BIPOC artists, designers, and journalists, to collaborate in our growing network for Ale’s Pivot Magazine.

Joshua Alexander Anderson
An Oakland, CA. Native, Joshua is passionate about bringing DEIJ to international art and fashion. With a background in Consultancy, DEIJ, and Education he utilizes a combination of skills and tactics to tell stories and construct narratives through experimental visual and literary mediums.

Valerie Cazares
Capturing the sweetness of life in soft hues, Valerie paints with light, weaving dreamlike scenes where pastel colors dance and every detail finds its perfect harmony. She is an educator and champion for Latino spaces and voices in Europe.

Paula L. Jones
Paula L. Jones is an author from Louisiana with a background in television news.
While working as a television news producer and then as a digital journalist, she used her free time to write and publish romance, science fiction, young adult, and women's fiction novels.
Jones has published over 20 books and hopes to continue writing.
