Ale’s Pivot Magazine, The Maverick Edition
Our creative team approached the theme of our second issue from two vistas. The first, by using the definition of the Maverick as a benchmark for the types of artists and creators who align with the issue. The second is from an applied interpretation of the Maverick in the stories of heroes and heroines. We drew inspiration from the stories of Esther, Gilgamesh, Hercules, and Scheherazade to help us tell the story of the Maverick.
Our team has placed a distinct emphasis on championing creators and artists who are true Mavericks, each forging their distinctive path and reshaping the boundaries of expression in exhilarating, unprecedented ways. We proudly unveil this issue, brimming with the firm belief that the reader's perspective will be not just captured but ignited by the extraordinary artistry of our contributors, a fusion of talents that span continents.
